Xenia was engaged by MSCI and Cushman & Wakefield to complete a refurbishment of MSCI Australia’s Office in Sydney CBD. The project consisted of 400m2 of workspace f it-out. The works were staged to enable the client staff to continue operating throughout the works. The client provided a concept design plan developed by its global architect, Studio For.
Operating under a Design and Construct contract, Xenia Constructions worked closely with the project stakeholders and designers to deliver a f resh design outcome, which was fundamentally focused on redefining the open space office areas, private meeting rooms, and interactive breakout spaces and reception areas.
