Xenia was engaged to deliver the fit-out and structural upgrade of a disused welding workshop at Loganlea TAFE, transforming it into a state-of-the-art Clinical Skills Laboratory to support modern vocational healthcare training. The refurbished facility includes medical-grade finishes, specialist plumbing and services, and dedicated teaching spaces for dental, pathology, and clinical simulation. Works were completed within a live campus environment, ensuring no disruption to adjacent operations.
