Xenia was hired by ISPT to refurbish 100 Pacific Highway in North Sydney, aiming to maintain its ‘A Grade’ standard. The project included renovating 18 floors of amenities, upgrading lifts, adding an architecturally designed steel and glass canopy to the courtyard, refurbishing the ground floor foyer, and installing a new frameless glass entry façade with two revolving doors.
Despite the building being fully occupied, Xenia implemented careful staging to minimise disruption to tenants throughout the eleven-month construction period.
